Meet Yogesh Chanana

Yogesh has lived in Edmonton for most of his life. His academic qualifications include a Masters degree in Mathematics and Diploma in Business Administration with Majors in Computers. He has several years' management experience with Alberta Treasury. He has a number of years' experience in sales and service of residential and commercial Real Estate including all aspects of related Financing. His Real Estate experience, combined with his proven proposal preparation and presentation skills allow him to provide a unique and value added service to all his Clients and Lenders.

His office is located in a building that houses several other related Real Estate service providers. To meet his goal of providing value-added service, Yogesh has developed and build direct referral access to various other real estate related service providers such as Lawyers, Home Builders, Home Inspectors, Home Appraisers, Plumbers, Electricians, etc. These referral services are provided at no cost to the client. Yogesh also serves clients in Calgary with the same professional service.

Yogesh is a chartered member of Information Systems Professional of Canada (ISP) and past Chairman of Western Canada Information Engineering User group. He is an active member of AMBA and CIMBL and possesses the professional designation of Accredited Mortgage Professional (A.M.P.).

Over the past 6 years Indira has worked together with Yogesh to serve their Clients within the Edmonton area where they maintain their residence to this day.
